Business IT services, all from one team
What we do
Everything your business needs, from one team
Most businesses end up juggling separate suppliers for support, email, hosting and their website — and spend half their time working out whose problem it is. We cover all four, so there is one number to call whatever has gone wrong.
Whether you need day-to-day help, a Microsoft 365 migration, somewhere reliable to host your systems, or a new website, it is the same team either way.
- Telephone and remote support — no waiting for an engineer
- One point of contact across every part of your IT
- Plain English, always — no jargon and no talking down to you
- UK-based team, supporting businesses nationwide
- Supporting small and medium-sized businesses since 2008

How the four fit together
Most businesses come to us for one thing. Email has stopped behaving, a laptop needs replacing, or the website hasn't been touched in five years. That's a perfectly good place to start — none of these services depends on taking the others.
What tends to happen is that they overlap anyway. Moving to Microsoft 365 raises the question of whether the data in it is backed up. A new website needs somewhere to live and a domain that renews on time. Day-to-day IT support works better when whoever provides it also knows how your email and files are set up.
Keeping it with one supplier means those overlaps are somebody's job rather than nobody's. When something breaks there's no argument about whose fault it is, because there's only us — and we already know how your systems are put together.
Who we work with
We look after small and medium-sized businesses — from a one-person studio to companies with staff across several sites. The sectors we work in most are:
- Insurance and financial services
- Building design and construction
- Property development and estate agencies
- Transportation and logistics
- Charities and not-for-profits
- Sole traders and small creative businesses
Some clients come to us for a single project. Others have been with us for over a decade. If you are a sole trader who needs a website that works, or a growing company that needs its IT looked after properly, both are familiar ground.
Not sure where you fit?
If your email is unreliable, people can't get at files, or machines are slow and ageing, start with IT Support. If you're still on an old mail system or paying for Microsoft licences nobody can explain, start with Microsoft 365. If you're worried about being hacked, or a client or insurer has started asking security questions, start with Cyber Security. If your website is dated, slow or hard to update, start with Web Development.
If none of those quite describes it, call us and describe the problem in your own words. Working out which service it belongs to is our job, not yours.

Questions
Before you get in touch
Do we have to take all five services?
No. Each one stands on its own and plenty of businesses only ever use one. They are grouped together because they overlap in practice, not because they are sold as a bundle.
Can we start with one service and add others later?
Yes, and that is usually how it goes. Starting with whatever is causing the most trouble right now means you get the benefit quickly, and we learn how your systems are set up before anything bigger is attempted.
Do you only work with businesses in Bicester?
No. We are based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, and we work with businesses across the UK. Design, development and support are delivered by telephone and remotely, so where you are does not limit what we can help with.
What do you build websites and applications on?
Our own content management system, which we wrote and maintain ourselves and host client sites on, including this one. Websites are hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript rather than a bought theme or a page builder. We do not use WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Shopify. We already have a website. Can you take it over?
Sometimes. It depends what it was built on and what access comes with it. Tell us what you have and we will say honestly whether taking it on or rebuilding it is the better use of your money. Those answers do not always go the way you would expect. What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.How do we get started?
Call 01869 866555 or email support@readytec.co.uk and describe what is going on. We will tell you what we think the problem is and what it would take to fix, you do not need to have diagnosed it first.
